You are welcome to visit with us…walk through our field gardens and take photographs, enjoying the beauty of the flowers and their fragrances during bloom time...Or just sit under a shade tree and peruse our beautiful flower photo albums.

Our 2008 OPEN FARM dates/times are Fridays through Sundays, May 16 - June 22 from 10 am to 5 pm.  Requests to visit the farm can usually be accommodated outside our OPEN FARM hours.

Bloom times may vary by 2 weeks, depending on spring weather conditions. Iris bloom starts in early May in our area and some flowering goes into late June. Peonies normally  flower from early May to late June (species varieties are usually in the early part of that range). If you plan to visit us near the start or finish of these periods, or want to see a particular variety in bloom, we recommend contacting us a week or so prior to confirm.

Varieties not listed
in our website catalog may be available in limited quantities or available the next season. Please ask us if the variety you are seeking is not listed. If all else fails, we will attempt to locate another reliable source for you.

Potted Plants
of many popular varieties, and those we cannot identify, are available to purchase and take home during your OPEN FARM visit. Many of these choices will not show up on our web site due to limited quantities, or because we cannot identify the true varietal names of the roots. Orders can also be placed (with advance payment) for roots/rhizomes scheduled for division in September and October. Locals may pick up their orders in the fall or shipping arrangements can be made for local and out of area customers. (U.S. orders only)

In Fall 2007, we moved approximately 12 rows of peonies. Many of those varieties were on 2007's website but will not be available in 2008 as roots. However, some are in pots which will be for sale at the farm, such as Avalanche, Mt. St. Helens, and Shawnee Chief. In coming years we will have fewer pots to sell, focusing instead on root/rhizome orders for fall digging and dividing.
